Refund and Returns Policy

At Saatviko, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium-quality dry fruits, snacks, and hampers with the highest standards of freshness and hygiene.


Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired or defective product received

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Refunds

Once your return request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized gift hampers
  • Products returned without original packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
